MethodKit for Equality is a deck of cards designed for equality-work in organizations or companies, with focus on gender equality. It is a tool to think with, structure workshops around and to use as a discussion facilitator.

They are illustrated aspect cards, each with a key issue or a method that can support you in discussions about equality-work and in developing an action-plan. The cards can help you analyze situations from different equality perspectives. They can be a conversation-starter and help you if you get stuck.
